The holder will be responsible for shaping and guiding the overall technology landscape by providing direction and architectural expertise in the domain of Integrations & Middleware. The role involves overseeing the planning, design and implementation of integration solutions and middleware technologies to ensure seamless & efficient communication and data exchange between various systems and applications within the bank’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities: Develop & execute the business strategy to achieve the unit’s targets & profitability; Ensure for delivery of seamless customer service through maintenance of high service standards; Manage & strengthen Relationship Management and partnerships for the Custody Services business; Enforce robust risk excellence and compliance; Drive growth of market share, while retaining existing client base; Lead, direct and develop a highly performing and motivated team.

Responsibilities: To perform deployments of new hardware in adherence to the Bank’s standards and best practice; Determine and enforce end user hardware specifications and configuration standards; Receive faulty hardware from the end users, diagnose, repair and/or escalate to the vendor for repair as necessary; Research, testing and implementation of new hardware technology and related software as needed to enhance performance of existing equipment; Reconcile bank’s hardware to ensure that it tallies with records held in the bank’s books; Ensure that the bank’s data is eradicated from hardware components that are due for disposal; Participate in Business Continuity Processes as per bank set guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities: Monitor user and system activity to identify suspicious activities leveraging on security systems; Monitor network activity and investigate anomalous events and traffic trends; Check security monitoring status of systems on monitoring tools and initiate remediation of noted gaps; Monitor alerts and alarms from security monitoring tools and initiate corrective actions; Configure and finetune security monitoring systems to make sure the Bank is sufficiently protected.

Responsibilities:  Implement sector strategy in line with the overall Sector Strategy; Delivery on Annual Business Growth Targets: Revenue, Fees and Commissions, Profit Before Tax, Assets, Liabilities and Customer Numbers; Drive sustainable growth through understanding customer/prospects needs and delivering innovative and customized financial solutions to meet identified customer needs.

Responsibilities: Manage self and the assigned team of sourcing managers and specialists; Develop and execute the annual category management plan and budget within the approved limits; Develop and maintain business continuity plans, risk management, compliance, and regulatory controls for the assigned category.

The role is to ensure the 24/7 stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the Software Systems and appliances that support core business, through proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments for the entire KCB Group.

Reporting to the Branch Manager the job role will be responsible for creating and maintaining Relationships with Islamic Banking customers both Retail & Corporate in a manner that grows business product uptake and utilization.
