The Senior RPA Developer is a critical technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the company’s insurance operations (Life, Pensions, and Medical). This position leverages RPA platforms and programming expertise to deliver scalable, reliable, and high performing automation bots. The role encompasses RPA development, bot optimization, technical support, and corporate governance, fostering a culture of innovation, precision, and collaboration.

The role holder is responsible for leading and driving business growth within the retail distribution segment by developing and executing sales strategies that increase the uptake. This role focuses on strengthening intermediary networks, optimizing sales performance, and driving productivity across the intermediary network. The role also supports client retention, drives channel productivity, and ensures compliance with CMA, RBA, KRA, AML, Data Protection, and internal policies.

The role holder will be responsible for processing and administering corporate claims in an accurate, timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with policy provisions, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. The role supports the delivery of quality claims service by handling claims registration, assessment, documentation review, customer communication, and settlement processing within agreed service level agreements.
