Senior Program Manager – THRIVE 2030 Kenya Project| Nairobi 

Responsibilities: Facilitate effective transition of the participating projects as per the transition plans; Provide spiritual leadership and model a high standard of personal Christian ministry and integrity, by supporting spiritual development of the team; Ensure that business processes, standards and guidelines related to Livelihood & resilience initiatives are effectively applied by field programs; Coordinate and participate in regular calls with WVUS and provide program progress reports and answers to queries related to THRIVE Project implementation.

Project Officer-Health| Garissa 

Responsibilities: Participate/support in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of MNCH activities in accordance with project deliverables; Ensure the development of work plans, budgets for the implementation of health activities; Take lead in the implementation of MNCH interventions as per the workplan; Liaise with national office technical specialists for their technical support to the project design; Provide budget oversight and ensure adherence to approved plans and budgets; Support and attend stakeholder’s forum related to Maternal, Newborn and Child Health interventions.

Senior Technical Manager| Nairobi

Responsibilities: Ensure training and fidelity of implementation of child protection models and proper adherence to phasing and sequencing implementation plan; Ensure technical approaches, promoted methodology and tools are designed to meet WV’s ministry goals as well as donor sector strategies; Work with program and M&E Leads to develop evidence-building strategies that strengthen delivery of WV approaches; Develop and conduct training in program methodologies and concepts; Provide follow-on expertise for technical assistance to FOs, as required; Work with program and M&E Leads to disseminate best practice and learning; Coordinate adaptive management learning and reflection (CLA) together with MEL staff.

Project Officer – Child Protection| Samburu

Responsibilities: Ensure quality implementation of child protection interventions in close consultation with the Project Manager; Contextualize/adopt design guidelines and ensure utilization at Project/ADP level; Ensure compliance to Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DME) as well as donor guidelines and standards; In liaison with programs identify local needs and resources and take appropriate programming measures; Lead in the development of quality project Annual Work Plans, budgets and Detailed Implementation Plan; Ensure timely mobilization and effective communication with communities and supervisors during the implementation; Ensure timely submission of reports and other relevant DME products.
