Location: Migori

Responsibilities: Ensure staff and partners reach their destinations safely and on time; Have the vehicle ready in advance for each trip; Be prompt in picking up and dropping off staff and partners; Ensure that the assigned vehicle has all the required licenses; Regularly wash the car and keep it tidy; Maintain the vehicle in good working condition; Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: Guide the design and implementation of person-centred MNCH service delivery models for pre-eclampsia and maternal anaemia; Provide technical input on products and services targeting pre-eclampsia and maternal anaemia, including diagnostics and treatment pathways; Support innovative service delivery models, including Group ANC, midwifery-led care, networks of care and referral pathways; Ensure MNCH clinical models of care and technical clinical considerations are embedded in project design, adaptation, implementation and evaluation across countries; Manage generation and dissemination of technical information to staff, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed county-level implementation plans, trackers, and milestone schedules; Coordinate roll-out of digital and blended training programmes for CHWs, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and county priorities; Facilitate training-of-trainers (ToT) and digital orientation sessions at county and sub-county levels; Support learning institutions to deploy CHW training resources for CHWs at the county level.

Responsibilities: Track tasks, review performance, follow up on agreed actions, and address implementation gaps to support timely delivery; Lead implementation of Mental Health Gap Action Programme training for health workers across target facilities and counties; Improve referral tracking across facilities and levels of care, from screening and referral to treatment and follow-up; Support intergovernmental coordination, policy alignment, county ownership, sustainability planning, and participation in technical working groups.

Responsibilities: Instruct trainees in the specific course(s)/units in adherence to the respective curriculum and occupational standards; Plan, conduct and assess practicals in the course units assigned; Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and give lecture notes; Prepare internal exams, conduct validation and of the exams; Carry out continuous assessments; Supervise and assess trainee(s) in the course area.
