About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This position requires expertise in Flutter or React Native and a commitment to working collaboratively within a remote, performance-driven environment. Time tracking and delivering results on schedule are key expectations for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using Flutter or React Native.
Integrate third-party APIs and libraries to enhance app functionality.
Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to maintain a consistent user interface and experience.
Provide regular progress updates and participate in technical discussions.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance and stability.
Optimize mobile applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Commit to working a minimum of 6 hours daily.
Log work hours and tasks using time-tracking tools for transparency.
Deliver tasks on time and meet project milestones.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall application quality.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.
Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle, UI/UX standards, and platform-specific guidelines.
Experience with state management tools like Bloc, Provider, or Redux.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
