We provide high-quality, affordable hearing aids to help improve the standard of living for anybody who struggles with hearing loss (1 in 5 people). While traditional hearing aids cost between $2,000-$4,000 per pair, ours can be purchased for as low as $100 (with prices increasing depending on the model). With nation-wide distribution, our products are offered in over 4,400 Walmart stores across the United States, on Amazon, QVC, and more; we are expanding into BestBuy, Walgreens, CVS, and more. About the role:
Our fast-growing team is seeking detail-oriented, empathetic customer service reps/virtual customer service agents to help manage all customer inquiries. This is an opportunity to not only make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, but also provide an essential role for our business. Please see requirements below.
 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience for U.S. companies
  • High level of verbal/written communication and comprehension in English (C level preferred)– this is a must
  • Has experience with technical support and sales
  • Experience catering to senior customer base
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Comfortable offering/pitching upsells to customers
  • Ability to manage high-volume inbound / outbound calls
  • Email support experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to the environment of a rapidly growing startup; ambition is also welcome
  • Most importantly, we need reps who are kind, compassionate, and empathetic to our customers– they always come first.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $7.50/hour, with bonuses based on performance. We offer the ability to grow and frequently promote internally.
