1. Tupande Crop Sourcing Specialist (Fixed-Term)

6. Tupande Engineering & Maintenance Lead (Fixed-Term)
Location: KenyaOne Acre Fund is seeking an exceptional Engineering Lead to oversee factory machinery and equipment maintenance. This leader will establish engineering maintenance excellence across the Tupande Soko factories and work to reduce operational downtime. 7. Tupande Biochar Compliance Specialist (Fixed-Term)
Location: KenyaThis role owns the facility’s compliance function, combining leadership of the Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) programme with responsibility for facility Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programme design and oversight. The specialist will design and run the data system that captures feedstock, production, quality, and end-use data to the standard required by external verifiers. They will also own HSE programme design, training, documentation, and audit readiness, and serve as the primary interface with external verifiers, auditors, and regulators such as NEMA, DOSH, and third-party carbon verifiers. This position reports to the Biochar Lead and is ideal for someone with strong compliance, data, and environmental health and safety expertise.
8. Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist
