1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles; B.E, B. Tech, BCA, M.E, M. Tech,

Roles & Responsibilities: –

  • Provide first-line support for all hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support as needed.
  • Support users in-person, remotely, or via phone/chat as required
  • Maintain documentation for all support activities and resolutions.

Requirements: –

Designation: IT Support Executive

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 Years in IT support or help desk roles

Location: Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune

Qualification: B.E, B. Tech, BCA, M.E, M. Tech, MCA

Additional:

Experience with Structural Engineering Firm will be preferred

Microsoft Certified IT Professional will be preferred

Good knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and basic security tools
