Roles & Responsibilities: –
- Provide first-line support for all hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Strong understanding of Windows, MS Office, and basic networking
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support as needed.
- Support users in-person, remotely, or via phone/chat as required
- Maintain documentation for all support activities and resolutions.

Additional:
Experience with Structural Engineering Firm will be preferred
Microsoft Certified IT Professional will be preferred
Good knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and basic security tools
