- Design data processing pipelines which meet functional requirements, minimize technical debt, and adhere organizational standards and act as a leader on the team throughout the delivery and the ongoing lifespan of those pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain data models to support the reporting and analytics needs of the business
- Design, develop, and optimize complex queries to support data discovery, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct thorough discovery to identify and address data quality issues, ensuring the data is accurate, complete, accessible for business needs, and properly secured
- Perform research and engage in Proof of Concept work to ensure that emerging capabilities of the tools we use are properly being assessed and, where applicable, implemented
