1. Junior DevOps Engineer
About the Role:
As a fast-growing event ticketing technology company, we are looking for a motivated and talented Junior DevOps Engineer to assist in managing and automating our cloud infrastructure. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and networking while working alongside experienced DevOpsEngineers. If you’re passionate about Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, and Kubernetes, we’d love to have you on our team!
Core Qualifications
- Ability to understand basic AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC,Load Balancers, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) for container orchestration.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPC, VPNs, and routing).
- Experience with GitHub for version control, pull requests, and repository management.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools).
- Understanding of monitoring and observability with tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus.
- Experience with Python or Bash for scripting and automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist in optimizing cloud and containerized environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for automation.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a product, engineering, development, or technical delivery position.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Business, IT correlated discipline; commensurate experience is also accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes package management.
- Understanding of security best practices in AWS (IAM roles, security groups, encryption).
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging best practices.
- Exposure to serverless computing (AWS Lambda).
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWSCertified DevOps Engineer – Associate, CKAD, or CKA).
$95,000 – $100,000 a year
This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

2. Senior FP&A Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be the second hire within the FP&A function, making this an exciting opportunity to build, optimize, and scale financial processes from the ground up. As a key partner to leaders across the organization, you will create data-driven insights and financial strategies that impact our company’s growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to make an impact at a high-growth, technology-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of financial drivers and levers impacting the P&L.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Create financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive data-informed decisions across the business.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
- Support board reporting, KPI-driven business reviews, and executive leadership reports.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
- Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial objectives align with business goals.
- Take ownership of ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.
Core Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools and business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup, or two-sided marketplace environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
$115,000 – $125,000 a year
This role will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

3. Account Manager
About the Role
The role of the Account Manager for Automatiq spans from assisting in the onboarding process to ensure it is seamless, attending to the customers support needs when using any of the products we offer, as well as proactively reaching out to verify that our customers are using our products in the best way possible for all of their processing and pricing needs. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for the beginning stages of training new users on software in conjunction with Onboarding & Activations Specialists. You would perform follow up calls with new customers for a brief introduction of the software, provide troubleshooting assistance, track feature requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments. You will also have opportunities to cross sell and up sell your current clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful transition of Automatiq prospects from trial users to fully onboarded, paying clients
- Communicate rates and ensure trial is up to standards
- Understand the company billing structure and answering questions regarding monthly bills & addressing discrepancies with billing department
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100-150 accounts
- Audit current CRM database and updating for accuracyIdentifying accounts where the tool is underutilized
- Analyze customer trends in satisfaction and revenue to gauge the success of new and existing products
- Work directly with Sales, Onboarding Specialists, and Directors of Account Management and Customer Relations to create a seamless experience for the customer
- Provide high level customer support, documenting solutions, deescalating issues & maintaining customer satisfaction
- Communicate with CSR 1&2 for improvements in customer responses & handling Track and communicate software feature requests
- Cross-sell additional products to your client base

$75,000 – $85,000 a year
This role is also eligible for quarterly performance-based commissions.
