DATA ANALYST
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Data Analyst based in Tetuan, Morocco, who will report directly to the Process Specialist/Production Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will analyze production performance using MII & MDC to identify process improvements and act as the administrator for GSC Innovate (Suggestion Management System), ensuring timely responses. You will coordinate 5S3R improvements, prepare status updates, and support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. Additionally, you will manage data gathering, breakdown analysis, and provide comparison charts for improvement.
You will oversee MII & MDC system functionality, prepare reports for the Management Team, and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Conference and Best Practice Sharing. You will also handle monthly KPI reporting, track NTM Yield performance, and support Annual Strategic Planning by preparing necessary analyses and presentations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE
Min 3 years work experience in production environment
SKILLS
- Excellent English, French, Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proven multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and its functional applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for in-depth analysis.
- Proficient in system use, with a focus on optimizing tools for efficiency.
- good knowledge and use of Excel and PowerBi
