CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communications:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Principal to develop and execute internal communication strategies that drive departmental campaigns, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen our internal brand.
- Partner with People & Culture to design strategies and programs that strengthen our employer brand and resonate with our young diverse audience in different markets.
- Ensure internal communications achieve the right tone and consistency.
- Promote and optimize the use of digital tools like the intranet (Celluverse) and the Employee Community platform, ensuring these systems integrate seamlessly to foster efficient communication and knowledge-sharing across the company.
- Ensure employees stay informed and connected through innovative, regular, and clear communication channels, driving a culture of transparency and inclusion.
Social Media Management:
- Collaborate with the copywriter and designer to design and manage the production of engaging, high-quality content (posts, images, videos) across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, and company milestones while reinforcing the brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
Media Relations:
- Support the PR strategy by drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with media outlets.
- Assist in handling media inquiries and coordinate media interviews with employees and executives ensuring that press coverage is on-message positioning the company positively.
- Identify opportunities to raise Cellulant’s profile through events and partnerships and liaise with the relevant organisers for logistical excellence.
Project Management & Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including project management, reporting, and maintaining workflows for the Communications team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of communications projects and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a communications role in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a fintech or technology-driven company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different countries, with the ability to drive alignment.
- Minimum of 4 years progressive experience managing internal communications or change management communication
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience managing social media and working with social media management tools.
SKILLS:
- Relevant certifications in social media management, project management, and communication tools.
- Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working with social editing and analytics platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Anayltics,
