Available Positions
1. Human Resources (HR) Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to manage HR operations, ensure employee satisfaction, and support strategic planning and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle performance management, employee evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR software, and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
2. Receptionist / Ticketing Officer
The Receptionist/Ticketing Officer will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience, while also managing ticket sales and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage booking systems and issue tickets as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Friendly, courteous, and presentable with strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Driver
We seek a responsible and safety-conscious driver to handle transportation needs, ensuring timely delivery of staff, goods, and official correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive staff and executives to required destinations.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and roadworthiness.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Follow all traffic laws and company regulations.
- Assist with loading/unloading when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.
- Familiarity with routes within and outside the city.
- Ability to read and follow maps or GPS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
4. Security Personnel
The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises and monitor surveillance systems.
- Control access to buildings and verify visitor identity.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Write daily reports of activities and irregularities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel if necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to remain alert.
- Integrity, discipline, and reliability.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
