
El-Maaly is currently hiring on behalf of a major food company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt, and support the company’s operations remotely.
About the Role:
The IT Help Desk Specialist will serve as the first line of support for all technical-related inquiries and issues. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations by assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering top-quality technical support in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of user issues and solutions using help desk tools.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure minimal downtime for users by responding to requests quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT Help Desk or technical support role.
- Prior experience working with logistics companies is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
