Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative digital strategies that drive success for our clients.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring all digital initiatives align with their objectives.
You will lead a team of marketing executives, collaborate with internal teams, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising that align with client goals.
- Create and execute detailed media plans that strategically select digital platforms and advertising channels (paid search, social media, display ads, etc.), optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring effective allocation to maximize results and maintain budgetary goals.
- Negotiate media buys and placements, ensuring optimal ad rates and ad spaces.
- Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing, real-time data analysis, and adjustments to meet KPIs like CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation of engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia assets for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences effectively.
Paid Media Advertising
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC ads, retargeting, and programmatic buying.
- Optimize paid media campaigns to increase conversion rates, maximize lead generation, and achieve campaign objectives within budget.
Analytics Setup & Optimization
- Set up Google Analytics to track and measure website performance, providing insights for campaign optimization.
- Implement Google Tag Manager to streamline the process of managing and deploying marketing tags on websites.
- Configure and manage Facebook Pixel to track and analyze the effectiveness of Facebook ad campaigns, optimizing for better ROI.
Team Leadership & Client Collaboration
- Lead a team of marketing executives, fostering collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client leaders, ensuring smooth communication and high-level service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, design) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Market Research & Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring and recommending innovative digital tools and platforms to improve client marketing strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
- Client Service & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality, results-driven campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate digital transformation and improve ROI using digital channels.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative Problem Solver: Innovative and adaptable with excellent critical-thinking skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Collaborative Leader: Able to work in teams and lead projects with a proactive attitude.
