Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Contract WordPress Developer with expertise in WooCommerce to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining eCommerce websites, enhancing user experience, and implementing custom functionalities to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WooCommerce websites.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create user-friendly eCommerce solutions.
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility.
- Conduct regular website backups and updates.
- Provide support and training to clients on using their WooCommerce sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong focus on WooCommerce.
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience design.
- Experience with website performance optimization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
