Operations Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and optimizing processes: efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
- · Analyzing data: You will monitor project management logistics and performance, technical, and field-based operations metrics to ensure the solid operation of field operations and technical delivery by all experts.
- · Troubleshoot project performance issues and use stakeholders’ feedback data to guide and improve the project’s operations and logistics.
- · Conduct weekly field monitoring visits to observe Interviews and provide bi-weekly oral and written updates to CPHRM on field observations.
- · Participate in meetings with all stakeholders while preparing survey activities and throughout data collection.
- · Proactively identify and notify CPHRM of actions on the ground which may negatively impact survey data quality.
- · Facilitate on-the-ground communication with the county management teams and other stakeholders.
- · Collaborating with local operations and county teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements.
- · Working autonomously and taking initiatives through the project implementation stages and overseeing execution of all planned project activities to ensure seamless operations at all levels
- · Develop and execute strategies/initiatives to increase our project operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.
- · Participate in project meetings as an expert when complex operational problems are handled.
- · Respond to inquiries from CPHRM upon request
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in university degree in economics or development studies or social sciences business or related field, or equivalent
- · At least five years of experience managing operations related to large-scale household surveys.
- · Previous project management experience and proven organizational and time management abilities
- · Experience managing teams and coordinating across departments
- · Must be highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- · Proficiency with various project management software and tools
- · Impeccable attention to detail
- · Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Title
Consultant Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of M&E Plans for projects, including indicator selection, target setting, data collection, Logic Models, Performance Measurement Frameworks (PMFs), Theory of Change (TOC), reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans
- · Overall responsible for all data collection process, field enumerators management processes, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit-worth
- · Manage research activities and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders
- · Develop training materials and lead the training of field staff and partners to ensure the understanding and implementation of the project activities
- · Design appropriate tools and templates to facilitate effective reporting and collating quality and reliable project activity results.
- · Data Analysis and Visualization: Lead the qualitative data analysis and oversee quantitative data analysis by statisticians while ensuring collected data is analyzed to extract meaningful insights and trends
- · Overall responsible for delivery of a compelling report and knowledge products that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- · Progress Reporting: Regularly report progress, findings, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics, sociology, Anthropology, demography, Development studies and related studies.
- · At least ten years of demonstrable general experience in Project Management, Monitoring and evaluation.
- · At least five years of responsible experience designing, managing, and implementing results-based project quality assurance activities, preferably for international development projects.
- · At least five years of experience applying M&E methods, approaches, tools (quantitative, qualitative, and participatory), data analysis, impact evaluation, surveys, and reporting.
- · Proven knowledge of and experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing and executing project assurance plans.
- · Experience in Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting

Job Responsibilities
- Design the project’s Communication and Outreach Strategy (COS) in close consultation with the other project colleagues.
- · In close consultation with project partners and other relevant stakeholders, design the project’s stakeholder engagement plan (SEP).
- · Create and implement strategic communication initiatives for the project.
- · Lead all Stakeholder engagement and communication processes
- · Documentation of the project activities , achievements and best practices.
- · Responsible for Writing a high-quality project report with close consultation with other project experts
- · Provide communication solutions for field missions, meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in communication studies
- · At least 10 years’ experience in Report-writing, editing and proof-reading; document production in InDesign.
- · At least 5 years in creating and implementing strategic communication initiatives for development programs.
- · At least 5 years’ experience in documentation of program activities and achievements and best practices.
- · At least 5 years’ experience in audience analysis; outreach strategy development, evaluation, research synthesis and translation in policy and program products
- · Policy analysis and advocacy; documenting use of research evidence.
- · Evaluation synthesis and translation into policy and program products.
