In the spirit of continually providing premium solutions to our commodities end users, we are looking for a qualified Individual to join our team as a Digital Marketer.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role holder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Digital Marketing such as creating and managing Social Media campaigns, Web Analytics, Online Marketing and all relevant communications that will sustain an engaging audience experience whilst increasing addressees’ satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for increasing online presence on the Business and contribute to revenue growth, establishing contacts with Online Customers, following up on potential new leads and undertaking Market Intelligence.
He/She will also be accountable for identifying new opportunities to promote and market our products to the target audience.
Key Skills and Responsibilities.
- Digital Strategy: Crafting tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and Isuzu East Africa standards and guideline that target audiences, leveraging the power of various online channels.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing websites to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance online visibility.
- Social Media Marketing: Developing engaging social media campaigns, managing brand presence, and utilizing analytics to drive audience engagement and growth.
- Content Marketing: Creating valuable and captivating content to attract and engage prospects, establish thought leadership, and drive customer loyalty.
- Email Marketing: Designing effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote brand offerings, and drive customer retention.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Undertake security measures, performance optimization, overall administration to ensure the sites functions smoothly.
- Review and enhance all digital communication materials to ensure adherence and consistency to the overall Isuzu Brand Positioning, Values and Standards
- Proof-reading internal and external digital communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to IEA/CFG standards
- Track KPIs related to Social CRM goals such as leads, conversion, retention or outreach goals.
- Creating and developing strategies to drive qualified traffic to our company’s website
- Ensuing all marketing deliverables follow our brand guidelines and have the proper angle and tone of voice and maintain Isuzu brand integrity.
- Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, performing A/B and multivariate testing, and optimizing the campaigns to maximize conversions
- Identifying digital marketing traffic opportunities to grow sales and traffic to our website
- Analyzing sales related data to predict future sales
- Collaborate with the Sales, Aftersales and Body building Team on improving Marketing materials based on insights from the field.
Provide excellent customer service and management to all customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or related field

- At least three years of experience in Digital Marketing
- At least three years of experience in automotive industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Experience in using direct messaging and project management software.
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing, and Communication
- Ability to gather and analyze data from digital marketing campaigns and report on performance using data-driven insights.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to develop digital marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Possess strategic thinking skills, creativity, persuasiveness, result oriented, assertiveness, and tenacity to sell ideas.
