Franklin Bett, a former minister, was involved in an accident near Kisumu County’s Awasi-Kericho route and barely survived.
The police report that the event occurred on Thursday at approximately 7:00 PM including injuries to the driver and two other passengers in the vehicle.
According to authorities, his driver and two additional passengers in the vehicle were hurt and sent to the hospital.
Bett’s four-wheel drive vehicle and a tractor towing sugarcane were engaged in an accident that occurred on the Karange region of the Awasi-Kericho road.
Police claim that Bett’s driver collided with the tractor, causing the collision.
When the collision occurred, Bett’s vehicle and the tractor were traveling in the same direction.
It is believed Bett’s driver did not notice the tractor was ahead of him as it did not have any signage.
The tractor did not stop after the accident as the driver proceeded to his unknown destination.
