1. Software Development Manager
What you’ll be getting up to:
We are a business that is continually growing and innovating to keep up to date with the latest trends in the sports betting industry.
In doing so, we are looking for a talented Development manager to help guide our application teams in sunsetting our legacy stack over the next 2 years.
You will be helping to ensure the stack’s performance remains optimal under growing load and volumes as well as delivering continual improvements and features until the legacy stack can be fully transitioned.
With the continual growth of the business, we will look to grow this role into other areas once the sunsetting is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of a medium to large development team composed of multiple streams including Software Engineers, QA and Team Leads, across multiple locations and time zones
- Key stakeholder liaison and alignment with senior people in Project, Engineering and Product management organisation, from product development to operations and architecture
- Lead shaping software engineering practices and processes working in various flavours of Agile
- Measuring and driving delivery and quality improvements through the capture and analysis of metrics
- Definition, implementation and evolution of development team technical process and ways of working

2. Fraud and Risk Analyst/Associate
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming and outgoing customer payments via different payment providers with a risk-based approach. Investigate suspicious alerts (internal & external) with proper analysis and follow-up.
- Perform a risk assessment of new/current players throughout their customer journey. Determine fraudulent activity and act according to agreed procedures concerning account blocking and further checks.
- Maintain awareness of active bonus campaigns and their vulnerabilities, assuring that vulnerabilities do not manifest into business losses through diligent oversight of the customer base.
- Evaluate and identify suspicious behaviour Handling and documenting daily reports under the supervision of the Payments, Risk and Fraud Manager.
- Evaluate, review, and approve KYC documents sent in by players.
- Ensure that any fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity are spotted and handled swiftly to minimize loss for the company.
- Specialize in the detection & prevention of fraud. Liaise with various departments and work closely and effectively with Customer Payments.
- Chargeback administration and case management; and, Actively participate in improving internal procedures and processes linked to Risk, Fraud and Payments.

6. IT Incident Manager
What you’ll be getting up to:
The IT Incident Manager role involves ensuring that the business operations and IT services are available and running smoothly 24×7. Any disruptions or outages that occur in Production systems must be handled accordingly based on the major incident management process, where relevant teams are gathered for the fast investigation and resolution, and accurate information is communicated to the stakeholders.
You will be responsible for monitoring business KPIs and providing support for various infrastructure/network devices, applications, databases and other production services. Furthermore, you will play a key role in a top-notch team focused on maintaining reliability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service for the company’s benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage application availability and operations:
- Always on top of any major incident, and oversee the entire process from detection to resolution.
- Facilitate bridge calls with relevant teams during major incidents and potential critical issues.
- Maintains quality handling of Jira tickets, from creation to closure. Constant follow up on open tickets as necessary.
